Who runs this website

Token Saver (token-saver.es) is a free, non-commercial website run by a private individual based in Spain. This notice is provided under Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

• Activity: free browser tools that prepare text, files and images before they are sent to AI assistants. The website has no ads, sells nothing and does not require an account.

Using the tools

• The tools are free and provided “as is”, without any warranty that they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
• Your files and text are processed inside your own browser. You are responsible for the content you process and for checking the results before you use them.
• Token counts, image token estimates, savings and prices are approximate. Claude token counts are estimates; prices are list prices on the date shown on each page and can change. They are not financial or professional advice.
• Do not use the tools for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to use.

Optional third-party services

Two optional features contact other services, and only when you use them:

• Web to Markdown → URL sends the address you enter to Jina Reader, which fetches the page.
• Token counter → Exact count for Claude sends your text and your own API key to Anthropic's token counting API.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See the privacy policy for details.

Trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT and GPT are trademarks of OpenAI. They are used here only to describe which assistants the tools work with. Token Saver is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI.

Intellectual property

The source code of this website is released under the MIT License. It includes open-source libraries that keep their own licenses; see open-source licenses. Content you process with the tools remains yours.

This website links to external websites. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or its tools, including loss of data, errors in results or interruptions of service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
